How I Work

I'm Lance MacDonald, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Blue Sky Realty in Cranbrook, B.C. I'm proud to help people buy and sell homes across the East Kootenays.

Before getting into real estate, I worked as an electrician. The trades taught me to pay attention to the details, understand how things are built, and look beyond what's on the surface. I bring that practical perspective with me to every showing, listing, and conversation. Whether it's understanding a home's condition, spotting potential concerns, or helping you see the value in a property, I believe real-world experience matters.

But buying or selling a home is about more than the property itself. It's a big decision, and having someone you can trust to give you honest, straightforward advice can make all the difference.

Before finding Lance, I had reached out to several other realtors in town while searching for a property to buy, but no one came close to being as responsive, accommodating, and genuinely helpful as he was.
